Work from a virtual 3D office
As restrictions forced us to work from home, our engineers created our very own virtual office space. It is the perfect place to catch up with people who might not be on-site and to meet for a coffee. I have the impression that our virtual office improved the way we collaborate in a hybrid setup.

Being able to connect with your team outside of work is an important way to build connections among colleagues. Especially in summer, we are frequently organizing small (and sometimes also big) team events in our Kreuzberg office with our beautiful terrace.
